DeMellier offers a 30-day return window for all unused handbags and accessories, ensuring they remain in their original condition with all protective packaging intact. We strive to make your return experience as seamless as the craftsmanship of our products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective films are still in place to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Secure the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
